Summer Mission Trip 2024 (Prospective Trips)
The following mission trips are planned for Summer 2024. If interested, please attend an information session and submit an application.
To help fund a trip, be sure to select the “+ Add Memo” and enter the person’s name and trip location in the memo.

Requirements to attend a Mountain View mission trip:
- Attend a Sunday morning church service weekly
- Attend a MVC prayer meeting once a week
- Be serving in the church
Mission Trips
- Destination: Albania | Assets: Sajmir & Irma
- Leader(s): Ken & Anna Wilkinson
- Dates: June 27 – July 8, 2024
- Ministry: Teen Youth Camp
- Cost: $2700 per person
- Notes: Total of 20 people on this trip
- Minimum qualifications: 1) To participate in an international trip, you must have attended a national (USA) mission trip previously with Mountain View Church. 2) Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on international trips.
- Destination: Germany | Assets: Ina & Walter Reimer and Benni & Franzi Hermann (Dortmund); Heinrich & Darleen Lowen (Essen) – 5 people Prayer Team
- Leader(s): Tony Petersen (Dortmund team); TBD (Essen team)
- Dates: July 26 – Aug 3, 2024
- Ministry: Summer Spectacular, Service Projects
- Cost: $2600 per person
- Notes: 15 people on this trip
- Minimum qualifications: 1) To participate in an international trip, you must have attended a national (USA) mission trip previously with Mountain View Church. 2) Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on international trips. 3) For Prayer/Teaching trips (here, applicable to destination Essen), you must have been a committed member of our prayer ministry at Mountain View Church for at least 6 months.

- Dates: June 24- July 2, 2024
- Ministry: Sports Camp, VBS, Service Project at a Women’s Shelter, Door to Door Flyering (Combined week with Reedley MB, CBC from Kansas)
- Cost: $1000 per person
- Notes: Total of 10-20 max people; max 10 teens
- FULL, NO LONGER CONSIDERING APPLICATIONS — Destination: South Dakota | Assets: Jon & Michele Fiester at Renewal Church
- Leader(s): Stephanie Hetherington and Phil & Colleen Ault
- Dates: July 12 – July 19, 2024
- Ministry: Summer Spectacular, Service Projects
- Cost: $1200 per person
- Notes: 15-20 people on this trip

* All trips and details are subject to change! A $25 deposit is required to apply; if you do not go on a trip for any reason, the deposit will go toward the MVC Mission Trips budget.
