Church, it’s great to be back from Germany. I am sitting in Dallas, one flight left, then I am back home with you all. I can’t wait! Home for Sunday!
I really was blessed by God during my time in Germany. I travelled with Chris McGregor, a church planter from Montreal, Quebec. Know that I was privileged to be a representative of Jesus and of you to our German friends. It was very encouraging to meet with some of our amazing former apprentices. I am so thankful that we can serve Jesus with them. We are so blessed as a church to stand with them and encourage them to reach the lost in Germany. Their churches are growing, their hearts are full and you are the reason why! I love to sit with them all and talk about plans, purposes and strategies. I love to listen to them, worship with them and pray with them.
I also had the blessing of teaching at Beroa Seminary, preaching in chapel, meeting with a strategic group of young leaders from across Germany, and meeting with the leaders of the BFP - Assemblies of God - for Germany. To meet with Johannes, Justus and his leadership board was an incredible honor. It was an opportunity to answer questions about our church involvement in Germany and think about how we can partner in the future. They are so grateful for your love and partnership in seeing churches planted and grow. A big thank you from them!
Another highlight was preaching at Move Church twice on Sunday morning at their main campus in Weisbaden and at their afternoon service in Frankfurt. It was encouraging to be with Pastor Andreas and his team. Having such a strategic partnership with them is incredibly encouraging.
I return home with thoughts of our former apprentices Kevin and Kate, Benny and Vero, Clemens and Susi, Antonio and Alina, JP, Amy Elisa (who is a new apprentice coming in March) and so many more who are in my mind and heart.
I come home thankful for you all and for our church that is reaching people across the globe for Jesus. I am thankful that you have God’s heart to Live the Mission to GO, GIVE, and PRAY. Know that when you give you are funding the Great Commission and changing the world that God loves and sent Jesus to reach.
See you Sunday at one of our services: Main Campus 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30 a.m., Sunnyside Campus 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.
In God’s Grip and for God’s Glory,
